Answer: Yes, you can freeze it. Portion it out and freeze in small lidded pots. It freezes without issue and can be used months later. -

How do you cook yours?
Answer: Cook the paste in vegetable oil until it splits and oil rises to the top. Then add a little coconut milk and cook until dry. Add lime leaves, fish sauce, and palm sugar to taste. Once mixed, add the rest of the coconut milk and cook over medium heat until cooked. Add meat or fish, along with vegetables, and simmer until cooked. -
