Nutritionist's Take
The Weiman Disinfecting Granite Daily Clean & Shine Refill is primarily a cleaning product and does not have direct nutritional benefits. Its primary function is to disinfect and maintain the shine of various countertops, including granite and marble. However, it’s essential to assess its ingredient quality; if it contains harsh chemicals, it may raise concerns for food safety, especially in kitchens where food prep occurs. Potential drawbacks include the possibility of chemical residues left on surfaces that could contaminate food. While the product is suitable for maintaining the aesthetic quality of stone surfaces, it is not a consumable product and therefore does not fit into dietary needs. Nutritionists stress the importance of using safe, food-grade cleaners in kitchen environments to avoid any health risks. In summary, while the product is effective for cleaning, it does not offer health benefits, and its suitability depends on proper use and residue management.
