It comes with screws for mounting and has a center-to-center width of 5 inches. Please note that it only accepts types B and C PEX and crimp or cinch rings, not Uponor hoses. If, after four years, you experience a leak, the repair kit needed is the Woodford # RK-122. The only drawback seems to be that it is not designed for cold weather and there are no hose bib covers that fit this product for extra protection during winters.
