On the second attempt, with a purple color, the application was much better. Using 2-3 thin coats and dabbing off excess polish from the brush before applying to the nails yielded better results. The polish maintained a high shine and lasted for about two weeks without any noticeable wear. The set comes with a metal wand for creating designs on the nails.
