Customer Questions & Answers

  • Question: What are the dimensions and characteristics of the 10 Hour Black Floating Candles?

Answer: The 10 Hour Black Floating Candles measure 3 inches in diameter and are designed to float beautifully on water. Made from high-quality water wax, these candles are unscented and dripless, making them a clean-burning choice for any occasion. Their sleek black color adds an elegant aesthetic, ideal for weddings, parties, and holiday decorations. The long burn time of 10 hours ensures that they will last throughout your event, creating a captivating ambiance without the worry of unsightly drips.
  • Question: Are these candles suitable for outdoor use?

Answer: Yes, these floating candles are suitable for outdoor use, particularly for serene settings like pools or garden parties. Their water-resistant design allows them to float gracefully on water, adding a magical touch to evenings spent outside. However, it's essential to keep them away from strong winds or rain that may cause them to extinguish or disrupt their elegant appearance.
  • Question: Can the 10 Hour Black Floating Candles be used for Halloween decorations?

Answer: Absolutely! The 10 Hour Black Floating Candles are perfect for Halloween decor. Their deep black color adds a spooky yet stylish touch to your setup, making them ideal for floating arrangements in themed centerpieces. You can place them in bowls filled with water and spooky items like black rocks or fall leaves to enhance the thematic effect. They create a hauntingly beautiful ambiance for Halloween parties or gatherings.
  • Question: How can I use these candles for wedding centerpieces?

Answer: These floating candles are an elegant choice for wedding centerpieces. You can incorporate them into glass vases filled with water and delicate flowers or greenery for a romantic touch. Their long burn time ensures they will illuminate your event throughout the evening. For added flair, consider adding floating rose petals or using colored water for a personalized hue, making your wedding decor uniquely yours.
  • Question: Are the candles safe to use around children and pets?

Answer: Yes, these floating candles are generally safe to use around children and pets, especially when used in water where they can't be easily tipped over. Being unscented and dripless minimizes any risk of wax spills or allergic reactions. However, supervision is recommended, particularly with young children or pets, to ensure they do not disturb the candles or the water they're in.
  • Question: What type of occasions can I use these candles for?

Answer: These versatile floating candles can enhance the ambiance of various occasions, including weddings, parties, holidays, and poolside gatherings. Their elegant design and long burn time make them suitable for romantic dinners, celebrations, or serene spa-like settings. Use them in themed decor like seasonal parties or formal events, guaranteeing an enchanting atmosphere for your guests.
  • Question: Do these candles drip or create soot while burning?

Answer: No, these candles are designed to be dripless. Unlike traditional candles, which can leave wax residue or soot, the water wax composition allows for a cleaner burn. This means you can enjoy the beauty of the flickering flame without worrying about cleanup, making them an ideal option for elegant events and easy maintenance.
  • Question: What is the best way to light and extinguish floating candles?

Answer: To light the floating candles, simply use a long-reach lighter or match to avoid getting too close to the flame. When extinguishing, gently blow out or dip the candle in the water to quickly put it out without smothering it. This ensures safe handling and protects the elegant appearance while providing maximum usage time for your events.
  • Question: Where can I buy 10 Hour Black Floating Candles in Rwanda?
