It is important to note that the walls are only half an inch thick, so you may need a window air unit and some type of heat that you do not have to worry about. The shed is flexible on door location and comes with detailed instructions. However, it is important to note that the shed does not actually come with windows, and you would need to purchase those separately. Floor materials are also not included, which allows for custom foundations such as cement pads. You would also purchase paint and shingles separately. The snow load capacity for the shed is about 20-30lbs per square foot. The shed comes in three packages, each being approximately 4' x 8' and one of the packages weighs around 2,000 lbs depending on the size of the shed you purchase.
