Answer: Yes, the sauna frame and tent designed tightly matched, and includes detailed instructions for easy installation -
Question:
How many people can fit in the sauna tent?
Answer: The sauna tent comfortably fits 1 person. -
Question:
What is the wattage and capacity of the steam generator?
Answer: The steam generator has a large capacity of 4 liters and an output of 1500 watts. -
Question:
Does it drive up electric bill cost very much?
Answer: I have noticed no increase of my electric bill. I use my Sauna at least 3-4 times weekly. -
Question:
Is this sauna infrared?
Answer: Hi this is steam sauna. not infrared one. -
Question:
Can you plug into extension cord ? The cord is not long enough.
Answer: As with any appliance using enough electricity to heat surrounding areas, extension cord use should be restricted to heavy duty extension cords having three prongs. These cost more than typical household extension cords. While regular surge protecting utility strips have heavy duty cords and plugs, they should NOT be used for heat producing appliances unless specifically built for them (e.g. constructed of metal), as they can overheat and cause a fire. -
Question:
How tall is this thing?
Answer: Like about 5.5 feet it does leave moisture underneath when you use it, fyi -
Question:
Any tips to increase steam? Ex adding a dash of salt ok?
Answer: I know of no way to increase the steam. My unit seems to put out plenty of steam. I just with I could get the temperature up over 105. The instructions say it will reach 120 but after a dozen uses I cannot get it over 105 degrees Fahrenheit. -
Question:
Can I use this is in the winter on my deck outside?
Answer: You probably could. But the colder temperature outside makes it harder for it to heat up and keep the temperature hot while on u -
Question:
Where should i use it? indoor or outdoor? can i use it in bathroom? how does the steam vent out?
Answer: I believe it is designed to be used indoors. I have mine set up in the family room. The steam enters the spa through a vent directly from the steamer at the bottom of the spa. You will sit inside the spa while the steam fills the spa. After you are done, usually 5-30 minutes depending on your tolerance for steam and heat, (Mine will only get up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit), you simply unzip the door and turn off the heater. Any residual steam will exit the spa through the door and dissipate into the room. I have complained to the manufacturer on a couple of occasions about the quality of their instructions and it does appear they have improved them. I really like the spa after having used it over a dozen times and have now gotten used to the functionality. -
Question:
How messy is this? 4L of water turned steam condenses back to water inside that tent. how do you clean it up and does it leak everywhere?
Answer: No leaks that I have notived. Not messy. When I am done, I towel down the bottom -
Question:
How hot does the steam get?
Answer: The steam gets very thick and as hot as you can handle.
