Azul: Stained Glass of Sintra is a standalone variation of the base game. The gameplay is completely different from Sagrada, although they both share the 'stained glass' theme. The game can be played with 2-4 players and lasts for about an hour. While playing with only two people, there is a slight difference in strategy. The game board Consists of strips for each player and the main game board/page. The pieces are not larger than 9.5" square. A player's board requires a space of around 2ft x 2ft2, which makes it difficult to play in a small table. The game is easy to learn and requires some renewed strategies. The game has a combination of skill and luck, suitable for family game night.
