However, the individual outside of the machine is too close to each other and triggers at the same time mess up the amplitude of each other. Also, the clap sound is iffy at low volume. It is important to note that the sounds from the drum machine are not processed; hence, the user may have to use outboard gear or plugins on a computer to achieve the sound they want. Overall, it is a great drum machine that adds a ton of additional functionality to the original TR-808 at a fraction of the price.
