This Plaid Clock Movement Kit comes in a 4-piece set and features a 14-inch diameter shaft. The kit also includes a tab at the top of the clock base for hanging. While the movement is not completely silent, it is reportedly very quiet. Some users had trouble securing the hour and minute hands but found success by pushing them into the clock until they clicked into place. This kit does not include hardware to hang the clock. The hour hand is 1 3/4 inches long, the minute hand is 2 1/2 inches long, and the second hand is 3 1/2 inches from end to end.
