This 10x12 gazebo is a great product that can hold up against high winds and snow when attached to a deck or concrete pad. There is plenty of space to fit a propane fire pit or a hot tub inside, while the top vents steam very well. Although the roof panels are different sizes and require following the instructions when installing, the roof can hold up to 2.5 tons of snow. There is no mosquito protection in the roof vent, but there is a vent in the center of the roof that can hold a fan for air movement. Hooks are provided to hang light objects, up to 25 pounds, on top of the gazebo, but heavy items like a punching bag or a 200 lb man are not recommended. The gazebo is shipped in a large package and can be anchored down with rock and netting at all four corners. It has privacy and bug netting that is easy to use and work great. Although the roofing seems cheap, it will last a long time and can easily be replaced if needed. The directions are clear, and it takes about six hours to assemble, but it may be a bit of a challenge to put up due to mislabeling and screw placement. However, it is a decent product for the price, and most customers would buy it again and recommend it to others.
