In reviewing customer feedback for this product, it becomes clear that the reception has been largely negative. Several users expressed disappointment due to a complete lack of fragrance, specifically noting that the jasmine scent, which was expected, was entirely absent. Customers reported that no matter the preparation method—whether involving water temperature or steeping duration—the expected aroma failed to emerge, leading to frustration and disillusionment with the product's efficacy. Moreover, the quality of the product’s packaging received criticism as well, with reports of broken items and low-quality containers that did not meet customer expectations. While a few reviews failed to elaborate, those that did overwhelmingly conveyed dissatisfaction with both the scent and the physical integrity of the product. In summary, potential buyers should approach this product with caution, as the common threads in customer feedback revolve around its lack of fragrance and overall quality issues. **
