The Matsuri Jog shoes are not breathable but comfortable and good for training such as Parkour, ninja warriors etc. To get the right size, the manufacturer recommends measuring both feet to get the exact size. Most reviewers found them comfortable but some found the fit around the ankle loose. The shoes appear to be true to size but some found them a tad bigger than expected. The shoes don't come with any cushion or inserts but one reviewer bought some Dr Schols and cut them to size. The shoes work well for household work, farm work and workouts. Some reviewers found the clasps along the back uncomfortable or easily breakable but most were satisfied with their purchase.
