Answer: No, it would likely melt. If not, it would be too hot to hold -

I would love to buy these but I am a little worried about breakages (as per some reviews) do they come in a padded box to prevent them breaking?
Answer: I don't recall the packing. I did find one which was cracked and unusable. And honestly, I've washed, dried and re-used quite a few following a dinner party held in my home. -

Would these be large enough for individual servings of kale salad w/summer berries?
Answer: Yes. In my opinion, it is an appropriate serving for a reception for a salad, fruit or dessert. I used the smaller (5 oz) cups for parfaits. These slightly large cups would definitely work for most salads. Even if you were to add a small garnish. You might be able to make a judgment by using a measuring cup to visually see the individual serving size based on ounces. -

Can I use it for candle wax containers?(filling wax)
Answer: I wouldn’t because the wax is hot it probably will melt the plastic. We used these for desserts on my sons wedding. -
