Although setup time can be lengthy, it is not difficult. Replacement parts and decals can be ordered easily by calling customer service or online. There are no sound effects on the phone and microwave, which might be disappointing for some. The counter height is approximately 22-24 inches from the ground. Customers have reported quality issues such as the fridge being bent, wonky top doors, and warped plastic on the coffee maker, making it difficult to open the microwave door. Some customers reported missing parts and difficulty in assembly. On the other hand, customers have been delighted by its sturdiness and simplicity of assembly with a cordless screwdriver. The shelves on top, microwave, and doors sometimes slant forward and cause products to fall out. Children between 3 and 6 years old have enjoyed the kitchen.
