TotalPond Complete Filter Kit with 300 GPH Pump is an all-in-one filter kit that comes with a pump, filter box, a coarse filter, a fine filter, bio-balls, a 3-tier fountain nozzle, a diverter valve, 2 extension tubes, an adaptor, and a coupler. The pump, with its 16ft long power cord, is compatible with Totalpond pump models MD11300, MD11500, DD11210 DD11330, and DD11560. The adaptor on the extension tube is compatible with 3/4 inner diameter tubing. The kit fits 1/2 and 3/4 in. ID tubing, and the diverter valve for an additional small water feature is compatible with 1/2 in. ID tubing. The water filter works great on small ponds and does an amazing job of keeping the water clear within a few hours or days of using, depending on the level of dirt. However, the filter box might not work for larger water troughs as it can sometimes float on the surface and needs to be weighed down. Also, some users found a significant amount of water passing through the device without getting filtered. It needs to be cleaned every few days to get rid of gunk and keep working in perfect condition. Overall, it's easy to set up, clean, and seems sturdy. It works well for small pond owners.
