Question:
How strong is the hold? Is it stiff or flexible?
Answer: I find it perfect for holding the neck area of very short hair in place. Once it dries there is no flaking, but it is stiff, so I comb it and the hair stays in place but is not stiff or plastered to the back of my head. I’ve used on wet & dry hair.
