The Joola Dual Function Indoor/Outdoor Waterproof Table Tennis Table Cover is a versatile and useful cover for tables that have been folded. There are buckles to keep it on in the playing position and elastic to help it stay closed when it is in the upright position. The cover fits well over different tables and can be used to cover an open table. However, it seems that the fabric is very fragile and easily tears. Some customers are unhappy with the initial quality, as the cover was torn after very little use, and was never waterproof. Other customers are also disappointed with the quality of the product overall, as screws are pulling out of the particle board, and many wheels have bent over sideways. Some customers have had this cover for over a year and have had to patch it with duct tape. The cover has been known to become sticky in hot weather as well.
