FRAM PH3569 Extra Guard Oil Filter

The Fram Extra Guard PH3569 oil filter has garnered a mixed reception among customers, primarily thanks to its performance and ease of installation. Many users have expressed satisfaction with its functionality, noting that the filter works effectively without any evident issues related to oil changes. Customers appreciate its quality, which contributes to a positive overall experience for those who take on the task of changing their own oil. However, the product does come with some caveats, primarily linked to the difficulty of installation, especially for certain vehicles like the Audi, as mentioned by one user. This sentiment is echoed by those who find the oil filter change process challenging and cumbersome, leading them to opt for professional services in the future. Additionally, some feedback indicates that the absence of the previously favored grip paint has left users longing for an enhanced tool for better maneuverability during the installation. Despite these concerns, many reviewers were pleased with the filter's quality and reliability, noting that it performed as expected without causing any problems. There appears to be a Consensus that while the filter is a solid product, the experience of using it can vary significantly based on the vehicle and the user's comfort with DIY oil changes. **
